Mid-Level Paralegal (In addition to the above) n Analyze and organize documents as required by attorneys (e.g., by responsiveness, privilege/non-privilege, issue, witness, etc.).n Establish procedures to facilitate the organization and retrieval of documents; coordinate with Litigation Support Services to create a document management system/process and manage same.n Perform basic legal and factual research.Senior Paralegal (In addition to the above) n Participate in the design and management of the repository of case documents, establishing procedures to facilitate the organization and retrieval of documents; coordinate with Litigation Support Services to create a document management system/process and manage same.n Manage the litigation discovery process (e.g., production of documents, depositions, briefing, etc.). | ||||
